Having never been huge fans of Pantha du Prince, it was a pleasant surprise to hear this track off his new album, Black Noise. The first minute feels like waking up from a dream, or preparing to enter one. Once the bassline kicks in, the listener is presented with a feast of undulating techno lasagna. Each layer transitioning to the next with little fuss and lots of melted cheese.
